How to Book
Online - by clicking the booking links on this website or on my Facebook and Instagram pages.
Text - please text your preferred appointment days/times together with the treatment you wish to book and I will contact you as soon as possible within working hours.
Phone - please try to call during working hours. If I am unable to answer then please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.
All bookings require a 50% booking fee which will be deducted from the final bill after your treatment has been completed. Please read the cancellation/rescheduling terms on this page.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Terms
Should you need to move your appointment, the booking fee will be transferred to your new booking unless within 48 hours of the appointment start time, in which case you will forfeit the fee.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, the booking fee will be refunded unless within 48 hours of the appointment start time, in which case you will forfeit the fee.
All booking fees are transferable ONLY if more than 48hrs notice is provided. No shows/multiple cancellations will result in either full payment being required upfront or no further bookings being taken.

Late Arrivals
Please be aware that arriving late for your appointment may result in a shorter time being available for your treatment in order not to impact on other clients.
Being more than 15mins late may result in your appointment being cancelled with the loss of your booking fee.

Nail Extension Maintenance
Sometimes it is possible to carry out infills on your previous techs work but this cannot be determined without a consultation.
Where it is deemed unsuitable to infill you will be offered a removal and new set at the appropriate charges as per my price list.
